WORKWAYS CAN HELP YOUR BUSINESS

WHERE WE FIT IN TO YOUR BUSINESS

Workways provides free recruitment services and employment support to businesses big or small, helping you with your immediate and long term workforce needs.  We’re a community-focused organisation and as a local business, we take the time to understand your business’ recruitment needs, offer guidance and assist in pre-screening and job-matching the right person to the role/s you have available.  Our teams offer constant support and continue to provide support to the candidates we place in jobs – our recruitment services don’t end with the placement. We make sure your employee is settling in, and has the information and support they need to bring the most value to your business.

HERE’S WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT WHEN YOU UTILISE WORKWAYS RECRUITMENT AND EMPLOYER SUPPORT SERVICES:

DIVERSITY IN  THE WORKPLACE

DIVERSITY IS IMPORTANT

The business community has an opportunity to drive social and economic change by embracing employment diversity and creating a workforce that reflects the communities in which you serve. Around one in five Australians has a disability, which equates to over 4 million people. This represents a significant workforce opportunity to Australian businesses. Employing people with disabilities offer many significant business benefits, including providing you with a strong pool of potential employees who can bring a broad range of skills, talents and abilities to your workplace. Research shows that people with disability have higher retention rates, better workplace attendance and experience fewer occupational health and safety incidents than those without disability.  As employees, they build strong connections with customers, boost morale, and bring valuable experience, knowledge and perspectives that can enrich your organisation and enhance its image. Employers who embrace change, and see diversity as part of their employment strategy, can benefit from an engaged and supported workforce. Get started by clicking the links below.
