I oversee the DES contract across my region and assist the management team to ensure that they have all the support, facilities, infrastructure and strategies in place to be able to have the biggest impact possible within the communities that we service. My role as an Employability Coach involves assisting parents and carers of children with coaching, support and training to help build confidence, self-esteem and skills to help them prepare for education or employment before their youngest child reaches school age. I love being able to make a positive impact on people’s lives.
