HOW WE CAN HELP
Our teams can discuss the opportunity for your business to offer Observational Work Experience options for participants in our employment programs.
eLIGIBILITY
If your business were to offer a candidate paid employment following the OWE you may be eligible to receive a Wage Subsidy of up to $10,000 to help you with the initial costs of hiring a new employee. You’ll need to speak to a Workways team member directly for more information.
