OBSERVATIONAL WORK EXPERIENCE

Observational Work Experience (OWE) allows participants to undertake short-term, unpaid placements TO gain a better understanding of how workplaces operate.

Observational Work Experience (OWE) allows participants to undertake short-term, unpaid placements to build soft skills, and gain a better understanding of how workplaces operate, and the basic expectations and behaviours required.
