INCLUSIVE PATHWAYS TO EMPLOYMENT -IPE

WHAT IS inclusive pathways to employment?

The IPE program helps young people with disabilities to bridge the gap between school and employment, by helping them pursue their interests, aspirations, and goals, to ensure they are socially and economically included in their communities, regardless of individual challenges.

Our vision is for a transformed youth employment system that sets up all young people for economic security in the future by connecting them to decent, secure and meaningful work.

eLIGIBILITY

Inclusive Pathways to Employment is for young people who are:

  • Aged 15 to 24 years old
  • Identify as having a disability

You do not need to have a formal disability diagnosis. Perhaps you are an NDIS participant, receive the Disability Support Pension (DPS), have or had attracted ‘additional educational funding’ due to your disability while at high school, or; attended or are attending a disability special school or a learning support class in a mainstream school.

IPE is offered at our Traralgon, Morwell, and Moe sites.
