HOW DOES IT WORK?

Workways now provides NDIS services in South East and Northern Queensland. Our NDIS teams operate out of Workways offices in Beenleigh, Woodridge and Cairns. Workways are delivering the following NDIS support services; School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES), Support Coordination, Specialised Employment Support and Psychosocial (Mental Health) Recovery Coaching. If you would like to utilise Workways NDIS services to support you with your NDIS plan, contact the team by completing the registration form below or free calling our call centre on 1800 631 196. SERVICE UPDATES There are currently no notifiable updates for the NDIS program.

NDIS SERVICES

SCHOOL LEAVER EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT (SLES)

SLES is tailored to support young people (aged 15 – 24 years old) with lifelong disabilities, transition from school to employment. Supports offered could include; job ready, communication, time management and personal development skills as well as work experience opportunities.

SUPPORT COORDINATION

Support Coordination services help NDIS participants navigate and maximise the benefits of their NDIS plan. It is a capacity building service which helps participants understand their plan, connect with other community and mainstream services as well as help to build confidence.

Specialised Employment Supports empowers NDIS participants living with disabilities to achieve their employment goals in their chosen careers.
