Workways Joins the MEGT Group

Workways Australia is now part of the MEGT Group, strengthening the ability of both organisations to deliver employment, education and training outcomes across Australia.

The milestone brings together two purpose-led, not-for-profit organisations with a shared focus on helping people and communities thrive.

Workways will operate as an independent organisation within the MEGT Group, retaining its brand, services and operating model. There will be no disruption to customers, participants or partners, with services continuing as normal.

The MEGT Group brings together a number of organisations, connected through shared capability and collaboration. This approach supports alignment and scale, while enabling each organisation to remain focused on its strengths and the communities it serves.

MEGT Chief Executive Officer Matthew Hick said the addition of Workways reflects MEGT’s continued growth and focus on impact.

“This is an important step forward for MEGT. Workways brings strong regional reach and deep community connections that complement our national footprint. Together, we can create more opportunity and deliver stronger outcomes for the people we support.”

Workways Acting Chief Executive Officer Karly McCaskill said joining the MEGT Group positions Workways for future growth while maintaining its identity.

“Workways will continue to operate as Workways, with the same commitment to our customers, communities and partners. Being part of the MEGT Group gives us access to broader capability, networks and opportunities.”

Together, the organisations will:
