Customer Success: Kloe’s Story

Meet Kloe (second from the right), a young mother who arrived at our Woodridge Workforce Australia office feeling unsupported and at a loss of which direction to head in life. She lacked work skills and confidence, leading to stress and anxiety about her future.

Rubina, our Workways Employment Consultant, took Kloe under her wing, provided her support, answered her questions, and motivated her. Kloe’s confidence grew as she applied for jobs independently, armed with a new and effective resume.

Kloe aced an interview for an entry level Administration Assistant position at Transparent Disability Support Services. She started her new job on March 8th, 2023, feeling ecstatic. The Workways team engaged Transparent Disability Support Services to hold an employer information session and to the office’s surprise, Kloe accompanied the manager of Transparent Disability Support Services, Lina, to the session, however, she wasn’t there as an Administration Assistant but as a Trainee Recruiter! Kloe had blossomed, and her newfound confidence had resulted in a promotion!

In her new role as a Trainee Recruiter, Kloe conducts interviews and supports candidates in finding new roles for themselves. Guided by her own experiences, Kloe’s embarked on a mission to make a real difference in people’s lives and ensure nobody feels lost or unsupported and we couldn’t be more excited to witness her continue to grow!
