Welcome to Workways. Since 1989 we have grown from a small employment service, with only 3 employees, to a dynamic not-for-profit employment and community services organisation. Workways head office, located in Bairnsdale, East Gippsland, supports our regional offices through which Workways services rural areas of eastern Victoria and southern NSW. Workways' solid reputation is built on our ability to deliver results in a timely and efficient manner, each and every time. Workways delivers tailored employment and recruitment services to employers and job seekers through the Australian Government's Job Services Australia Program. This Program provides a recruitment and employment service that is absolutely free of charge to both job seekers and employers. Workways also offers nationally-accredited training as well as supporting youth to undertake further education through schemes like Youth Connections and our Indigenous services programs. The Workways Board and Senior Personnel comprises seasoned individuals with the breadth and depth of experience, knowledge, and tools to help our clients with any issue or challenge.
