Six Essential Steps to Positive Recruitment  

Identify your needs - We begin our relationship with you by understanding your business. You will be allocated one Workways Recruitment Officer who will remain with you throughout the whole process. We will create a position description or ‘skills criteria’ which will measure job seekers suitability to the position.

Source Applicants

Your timeframe is what we’ll work to. We will access local and national jobseeker databases and match appropriate people to the position description. We can also assist with local media advertising. This process has the option of confidentiality by utilising our Workways logo only.

Screen & Short list - Our 3 tiered system ensures we get the right people for the right job.

  • Can Do -   From the resume provided, does the person have the skills and qualifications?
  • Will Do - Attitude is everything. Will the person turn up each day and do the job?
  • Will Fit –    Before presenting applicants to you the employer, will they fit into your business?

Interviews & Confidentiality - Interviews can be conducted with or without Workways. What we can also do is provide support via office space, interview questions or second opinion input. The interview process is strictly confidential and our involvement is via your request.

Place Candidates - Our FREE service means that we get remunerated by the Government when we place registered jobseekers into employment. We will follow the process right through to the first day of employment to satisfy our obligations to you and the processes that apply.

Post Placement Support - Workways want satisfied clients - both employer and jobseeker. We will conduct New Placement Follow up at regular intervals. We also provide any other advice or assistance as required.
