About Workways

Welcome to Workways. Since 1989 we have grown from a small employment service, with only 3 employees, to a dynamic employment and community services organisation of 38 offices with a team of 220 staff.

The Head office of Workways supports the various regional offices and is located at Bairnsdale in East Gippsland.

Our reputation is built on our ability to deliver results in a timely and efficient manner, each and every time.

We Get People

Workways delivers employment services to employers and job seekers through the Australian Government's Job Services Australia Program providing an employment service that is absolutely FREE of charge.

We also offer Nationally Accredited Training as well as supporting youth to undertake further education through schemes like Youth Connections and Indigenous Services.
